›Storytime‹ questions seemingly existing narratives of photographic documents and evokes alternative ways of seeing through recontextualisation. The basis of the work is the examination of found objects and slides from archives, which are presented as Duratrans prints in light boxes. The positioning of the units in relation to each other opens up a dialogue that primarily poses questions instead of providing answers; contentual meanings start playing a subordinate role.

Die Arbeit ›Storytime‹ hinterfragt scheinbar existierende Narrative fotografischer Dokumente und evoziert durch Rekontextualisierung alternative Formen des Sehens. Grundlage der Arbeit ist die Auseinandersetzung mit gefundenen Objekten und Diapositiven aus Archiven, die als Duratrans-Prints in Leuchtkästen präsentiert werden. Durch die Positionierung der Einheiten zueinander wird ein Dialog eröffnet, der primär Fragen stellt statt Antworten zu geben; inhaltliche Bedeutungen rücken dabei in den Hintergrund.
